A CAP site is designed to be a point of Internet and computer access for the residents of a
community. Resources range from a simple dial-up Internet connection to high speed as well
as the use of scanners, printers CD-burners and many pieces of excellent software.
In Middlesex, as in many other
counties, the CAP sites are located in public libraries, allowing everyone the
greatest access to information possible.
Middlesex has 18 branch libraries spread throughout the County, each of
which is an official CAP site, providing free access to the Internet and other
computer resources.
