| Participants of Ontario
Works have a range of employment activities designed for them to
take the shortest route back to employment and self sufficiency.
Participation in employment assistance activities is mandatory for
most Ontario Works Participants.
The menu of employment activities
include:
- employment planning
- self-directed job search
- structured job search
- employment placement in paid work
- community participation in unpaid
work experience opportunities
